Community Cafe
BlendWell Community Cafe was launched in 2018 by Community Services League as a catalyst for change in an underserved and marginalized neighborhood in Northwest Independence. From community input, BlendWell was designed to be a place to gather, have conversations and build connections to make good things happen in life.
The dining room and drive-thru serve a full menu of coffee and espresso drinks, smoothies, pastries, breakfast, lunch items, and more. Inside, the dining room is an inviting and inspiring space - making it a great place to visit with friends over coffee, get some work done, or host a group meeting. Stop by and see us soon!

Meetings, Reservations, Rentals
BlendWell offers meeting spaces and rental options. Rather it be a meeting for work or a birthday party, we have your venue. The following spaces are available for reservation and rental.
Vault- This unique private space offers seating for 10 comfortably around a large conference table. Located on the main level of BW providing you with a large white board, Roku Internet TV, adjustable heat and air, and easy access to the coffee shop.
Conference room- Our fully functioning classroom can be utilized for all types of teaching and learning. We offer movable desks, portable white boards, internet, and a 75 inch Roku Internet TV. This room is located on the lower level. It is handicap accessible with access to restrooms and a break room. Seats 20-25 comfortably.
Event Space- This beautiful and spacious area has 7 large tables with the ability to entertain 65 guests. It offers lounge seating and a high top bar seating as well as a projection screen and projector. This space can be rented privately with the option to have the coffee shop open for service. We currently have the following options for rental.
Level One: $215
Four hours of rental spaceLevel Two: $250
